about
I dreamed that I wrote a song entitled "Coal" for my upcoming record.
So I wrote about a coal miner who is bound by duty to mine for coal.
lyrics
Aimless, doing the same family custom, father's father's father's profession
Cough, bloody handkerchief, no respirator - yearly fire
Diggin' coal, barely any pay
multifamily mobile home, the mountains are damnation
I go to you, you're my hope, let me out of this flesh nightmare
Babies without brains, life canisters - my body's weak, but I must keep on
Diggin' coal, barely any pay
multifamily mobile home, the mountains are damnation
I follow you, my only redemption - ticket to light, ticket to healing
Get me out of this hell, the endless bodies lay mangled
My profession: energy source religion.
Diggin' coal, barely any pay
multifamily mobile home, the mountains are damnation
Diggin' coal, barely any pay
multifamily mobile home, the mountains are damnation
